सहारा की दो कंपनियों को अवमानना नोटिस

निवेशकों का पैसा वापस करने के आदेश पर अमल न करने का आरोप लगाने वाली अवमानना याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सहारा समूह के खिलाफ सख्ती दिखाई है। शीर्ष अदालत ने बुधवार को समूह की दो कंपनियों- सहारा इंडिया रीयल एस्टेट कॉरपोरेशन व सहारा हाउसिंग इन्वेस्टमेंट कॉरपोरेशन को अवमानना नोटिस जारी कर दिए। कोर्ट के बीते साल 31 अगस्त के आदेश के मुताबिक इन दोनों कंपनियों को निवेशकों के करीब 24,000 करोड़ रुपये ब्याज सहित सेबी के पास जमा कराने थे। इन कंपनियों ने अभी तक पूरे पैसे का भुगतान नहीं किया है।
